cant see changes in profile

On a mac, when i open colorsync and change the monitor profile, i see distinct changes. immediately. on my windows 7 machine, i change color profiles and nothing happens. Is there a secret that i am missing?

when i am profiling the monitor with iMatch in windows 7, i distinctly see the neutral, blueish tint that the program starts out with by default. After calibration, i get the good result i am expecting. When i switch monitors and want to change the profile, i cannot seem to see windows effecting the kind of change i am expecting-

Sounds like you are referring to the LUT which is loaded automatically on Mac and needs a bit more help on Windows (a LUT loader).

found out how to enable windows 7 lut loader - believe or not, it's not enabled by default. tnx for the hint.
