The short film I shot last summer, entitled And I Will Rise if Only to Hold You Down... is going to premier at the Ann Arbor Film Festival on March 31st!  This will be the 50th run of the fest and my first go at DP-ing.  So psyched to see this projected.  If you're gonna be around Detroit then, come check us out ;)

Good luck with this - I don't suppose the film is online!

Congrats!

I live near Ann Arbor. Missed the AA Film Fest this year. My son will be 14 next year, so hopefully old enough that I can spend 6 hours a day at the theater as I used to! It is the best event of the year in AA, especially with the nice weather this year.

Anywhere we can see your film, or even part of it? How did the festival go?

I'll have to track down the festival showing later in the year.

The screening was awesome.  Really enjoyed the AA Fest and will be sure to submit our next couple shorts next year.  I doubt we'll be posting the film online until this year's festival circuit has run it's course.  It screened at the Athens Festival in Ohio last weekend and will run at the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen in Germany next weekend.  Looks like we'll get some decent mileage out of this one.
