Lightroom 4 beta halo's

Has anyone noticed that the adobe process 2012 has noticable edge issues that look like over sharpened areas compared to process 2010 ? This pretty much happens regardless of sharpening being turned on or off. If this has been brought up already could someone link me to that discussion ?

There is a bug that results in artifacts when using the Highlights, Shadows, or (positive) Clarity sliders in some cases. They somewhat resemble oversharpening artifacts. This will be fixed in the final release.

Nice that it's on the fix list for the final release. At the moment almost every single image I have taken in a mountain setting is effected by this bug, making the 2012 process useless.
