xrite i1isis assembly quality issues

Hi, I received my new Xrite i1isis recently!

But Xrite has serious problems with assembly quality of the i1isis, the device works OK, but look what I found inside of the machine, if it would be turned on before I opened it up, the speck might have been drawn to a gear inside and poof you have problems !

On the other hand, the stepper motor is made in GERMANY, not some china made crap.

Oh no!  You shouldn't have removed the calibration gel!   

It's useless now, just send it to me and I'll properly dispose of it.
