is there any difference optically between the current version with the orange stop down lever and the previous incarnation with the chequered grip on the focusing ring?  they both have the floating element so i presumed they were the same?
i have a mint earlier version complete with lens hood and custom B&W clear/red/yellow glass filters but i'm in the U.K.

I just want the CFE IF version, which is optimised for digital ... no one?
