Firmware upgrade to NEX exposure bracketing?
« on: January 16, 2012, 05:05:00 pm »

I've been looking for information as to the Nex5n exposure bracketing capabilities and it appears that the 5n is crippled with the same .7 limit as the Nex 7.

If the 5n has been out for a while now and it has not been changed yet (via firmware) then what hope is there that Sony is going to listen to reviewers of the 7 and fix the firmware?  It seems that they are deaf to the subject and upgrades come via new models not new firmware.

Am I missing anything here?   I'm very new to the Nex concept as its only been the 7 that has caught my attention, but I find the exp comp limitations a major roadblock to this camera.

Any thoughts from those of you having experience with Sony and their firmware support in the past?

Thanks
