Which are the differences between Aptus 22 and Aptus II 22?

The used prices for these 2 backs are very different. The II asking for almost double. The price for the original is "affordable" (?) Isn't this back the one with the centerfold issue?

Same sensor, the II model has updated screen, fw800, and updated firmware/interface.  It's also going to be newer and more likely under warranty.

The Aptus 22 can be found with warranty as well.
