Nex7 and Leica M lenses

I was able to pickup a Nex7 body today along with an adapter for my M lenses. Of course there was no instructions on how to use this combination. I assume In order to use fully manual lenses the only way is to put the camera in "fire with no lens attached" is this correct? Seems to be the only way it works.

That's it. Use Program or Shutter priority and set Peaking the way you want it.
