Hi,
just received this info via Email and wanted to share.
The makers of RawShooter are announcing their comeback with the introduction of a new product. It's quite an interesting but at the same time suprisingly self-evident approach - the new tool called Tonalizer VFX is aimed at photographers embracing into video as well. With the FullHD video capabilities of todays Digital SLRs we photographers might feel more at home with a photography-style grading tool when editing video footage.
The new company is called Irudis and behind it are the same guys that created RawShooter which quite a few of us will remember as THE best raw converter available at that time (in my opinion). They claim to have created an entirely new category of video editing products with their new tool and it will be interesting to see how a photography-based approach will work to fine-tune tonality or enhance the footage in regards to color balance etc etc.
