The most beautiful flycatcher - Many-colored Rush Tyrant
« on: November 20, 2011, 02:43:06 pm »

Granted there are some beauties in Asia. But this little guy has to be right up there. They live in the reeds of marshes throughout Peru. This one I found near a high elevation lake at around 4300m ASL. I hope you enjoy it!

All the best,

Glenn

Stunning shot. I had the good fortune to spend a few days at Sooke on Vancouver Island a couple of years ago

Beautiful as always!! It almost looks like a little, fluffy tennis ball with wings!   :D

Another great bird shot.  I always make multiple stops at your birds and have been following your magazine articles.
