Very nice autumn/winter scene. The tree's shape mimics the path. B/W is perfect for this image.

Nicely done. Even though the image is heavily weighted to the right side, the way the branches are growing out to the light on the left provides good balance. Perfect in B&W as I imagine any colours would have been muted.
