Where is Hardey Lake

It's on the west side of Hwy 169 about 3 Km south of Torrence, which in turn is about another 5 Km south of Bala.

When you pull into the parking area you'll find two trails. The one north leads down about a .5Km trail to the lake and then it's about a 3Km hike around it.

The trail to the west goes a short distance to an unnamed lake that is also quite lovely.

I'm having trouble locating Hardey Lake Nature Reserve, one of the location mentioned in MR's late October workshop in Ontario.  I'll be in the Gravenhurst area Monday and Tuesday and thought I'd take a look...  Closest I can come in my searching in that area is the H N Crossley NR.
