Hi,
I'm quite impressed by how helpful and friendly people are around this forum, so I though I'll too give it a try. Here's a scene that caught my eye as I recently walked through a harbour near my place. I liked the interplay between the geometric shapes of the poles and their reflections in the water. Also the colours were really vivid and luminous at that time.
After playing around with a couple of shots, I ended up with the B&W image you find attached. However, I'm not really satisfied. There's nothing that catches you eye, or tells a story. So what do you think? Any suggestions how I could improve the image? Maybe keep the greenish blue of the water in the image? I also attached the original, uncropped image and one where you can see the surroundings.
Thanks for your help in advance!
