Like the first two, but my advise would be to either use some wide angled off camera fill flash to allow you to darken down the background and to help you separate and lift her more into the front of shot and also to give some depth and contour to her face, or use a reflector(s) if it is a well lit day, to get a similar effect.
You might also try setting your W/B to cloudy to warm up the skin tones and finally shoot using a wider angle to also add blur to the now darker background.
But I really like the first two, nice shots.
