Adobe prototype image sharpener

It appears to be a new deconvolution method. My guess.

You can actually capture more detail in a blurred image than with a sharp image, if you later deconvolute the blurred image. (* certain conditions apply :) )

I'm really looking forward to seeing this in PS.

The verb is deconvolve, not deconvolute.

Looks promising alright!

Interesting! I've never heard that form used (and I move in deconvolution circles...been doing it since '94)
