I had a few iphone jpgs sent to me.  Small file and shot with a Polaroid filter possibly?
Anyway I used general fractuals to increase to 8"x8".  generally ok with the print except subject shirt has artifacts which may be from Nik raw output sharpening?   Not sure as I didn't print out with out using the output sharpening.  How can I get rid off, or smooth out the artifacts in the shirt, which is bright red?  Would noise reduction using Nik Define 2.0 be the answer?  I am playing with it but don't see on screen measurable difference
using PS5 and have Nik tools.
thanks

How about playing with the details slider (I think that's the one) in GF when you uprez -- better to address in the uprez process than afterwards.  On one image I applied some gaussian blur to smooth out artifacts before uprezzing which did seem to help -- but that was a problem image to start with.
