Hello everyone,
I wanted to follow up after all of your advice and give you an update. The reason my printer would not print a correct target even with the "correct" workflow, driver configuration, etc. is that there is an electrical problem with the printer itself. Based on the cost to repair, I am going to recycle it. Please see my ad in the forum for like new print heads, ink, and maintenance cartridges.
