What view camera were you using this on? Also around how much is a Hasselblad H Plate?

I'm selling on behalf and have not used this sliding back myself. I have used the same model on a Linhof 679 (different interface plate) and a Sinar P2.
Digital back plates are around $200 but check with Kapture Group for exact price as they might have come down.
