Hasselblaud Tilt-Shift adapter -- anyone have experience with this
« on: September 15, 2011, 10:27:26 am »

I desire to move to medium format, and am considering the Leica S2 and the Hasselblaud H4D-40.
My photography is that of landscape, nature and abstract, essentially no studio, model work.
There are, of course, may points of comparison, consideration and debate, and I welcome any
comments comparing the two systems.

In particular, and subject of this particular posting, is the functionality of the Hasselblaud
Tilt-Shift adapter.  This would appear (at least theoretically) to be of significant benefit
for my genre of photography, essentially compensating for the lack of a technical camera.
(I have certainly used my 24 PCE on my Nikon 35mm camera).  Leica has nothing in comparison.

But, brochures do not necessarily reflect the reality of the field, and I would appreciate
comments regarding how this unit works in the field;  its effectiveness, its limitations,
its ease of use, etc.

Thanks and I appreciate your advice and comments.
