Is it possible to re-measure an IT8 Transmit(4x5) target with any of EyeOnes?

Can an aged IT8 transparent target be reliably re-measured with any of EyeOne packages to create a fresh reference file for scanner calibration?
What package would be needed for that, please? Will the Extreme do?

As far as I'm aware the i1 Pro won't measure transmissive materials.
