Could you post a photo, or at least a much more detailed description of your problem?

Still a bit bit hard to make out from the size of the image, but it looks somewhat like it is just a dirty paper transport roller.  Is there any visible ink on the rubber roller that corresponds to this part of the print?  If it has a repeatable start and stop on each print, then it is obviously something else.  Are there horizontal lines within the vertical streaks?

no horizantal lines just vertical . they are close to the same on other prints but not the exact same.

I am getting a roller mark with ink stains from the middle of the print for about 1 inch to the end of my prints. Help

My theory:
Normally a printed page is not touching the pinch wheels so can not offset ink to the pinch wheels nor can droplets falling from a dirty head carriage get on the pinch wheels. But if a droplet falls from the head carriage while the printer is still initialising an inserted roll or sheet then that droplet on the paper can touch the pinch wheels and make them inky when the paper is pulled back. The same can happen when a print is cut from the roll and the new leading edge is formed.

The carriage has to cleaned and the lid on the parking station too at the right side internally. Ink can build up there and offset to the head carriage.

here is two prints the one with an ink drop was first print in a while then went away. How do clean these rollers I take it the back screws need to come off and open the back what fluids will clean the ink?

My advice would be to take it completely apart and do a thorough cleaning - most likely it badly needs it in many spots you can't even see yet.

On the Z3100 Wiki site you can find the service manual. Cleaning can be done with the head carriage set for head exchange and the power plug pulled but I did remove the right side cover to get better access after that. That is quite an excersise, especially one screw that is located behind a front panel. I did not replace that one again so now it is easier to get there again. You will understand which one it is. Use some cloths, and something like Windex. Clean the individual heads, the carriage, be careful with the electric contacts in the head slots, dry them. Clean the lid over the parking station, get some silicon spray fluid on it so the next ink dripping from the heads will really flow downwards as intended and not accumulate on that thing. There are more threads on the subject to read.
