Hi, all.

I'm in Sweden with time to do some personal work in a few days. Does anyone have suggestions about where would be a good place to shoot?

I'm in the Stockholm region. Am willing to travel a bit, but probably not more than a few hours. Looking for great nature and landscape opportunities, perhaps wildlife. National Park type of place, most likely. Coastline, mountains, forest, waterfalls. Maybe even a lighthouse. :-)

Also, I'd probably prefer to focus on one region rather than driving distances from place to place. But would consider all options.

Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Best,
Chris

Stockholm's best places is the old town and if you want to reach out to the islands, and old villages are incredibly beautiful. Small ships to drive every day of the interval.
Stokholm archipelago is one of the places where I would like to live in the past on the track.

Hi,

100 km south of Stockholm there is a place called Stendörren near Nyköping. It's a small national park in tthe archipelago. Farther south (near Oxelösund) we have something called Femörehuvud, with a lighthouse and what used to be a coastal artillery fortress that is nowdays museum.

Npt the best places around Stockholm but close to where I'm living.

Best regards
Erik

Thank you, both, but I'm already back in the U.S.

I ended up spending a little time working off a boat in the archipelago, near Nyköping, including a bit at Stendörren. Tried Tyresta, but not much luck there. I fared best driving the countryside within the triangle of Nyköping, Enköping and Stockhlom.

Beautiful country!

Best,
Chris
