resolution/sharpness difference HR23 vs HR28

Is there any noticable difference in center/corner sharpness between these two lenses? I read somewhere "The HR23 has even more resolution power compared to the HR28". But I cannot find where I read it  Is this a fact or are they equal in image quality?
