I just saw an A. Leibovitz video. She was using a Leaf Afi.

Mind linking to it?

Here's an amusing little real world example of the resolution of these lenses and back. I saw a fox from a distance a few days ago but had my 80mm lens on the camera and I knew the fox would be gone in a second, so I took the photo with the 80mm thinking I would see how it looked blown up later. I wasn't really prepared for how good it was :)

Oops. I just read the request. Don't expect to see it much though.

In this one she briefly shows with a Hasselblad. It seems to me that she may be testing MF under real circumstances to evaluate right to the core.

It's completely unimportant to me what she uses, but you're right.

Very truly amazing fox: so does this mean it is no longer necessary to invest in or carry around a telephoto lenses, and also open up a new possibility to shoot objects at a distance without the usual telephoto side effects on perspective and DOF. If so could not whatever is saved by not buying a high end telephoto lens be a decent contribution towards the price of an upgrade to an 80MP sensor MFDB? Not to mention less problems with camera move as a result of using a lighweight 80mm instead of a heavy duty telephoto. Plus less weight to carry around in the camera bag etc etc. If this is all true how could anybody afford not to have one?
