File Size of Flextight X5 617 scans

Does anyone know how big of a TIFF file you get when scanning 617 120 film at 3200dpi on a Flextight X5?

Scanning at 16-bit and leaving some frame around the image, it can go over 900MB.
I scan my 6x17 films at 1600dpi, resulting in 200-250MB files.
Already at that resolution, the grain and noise are quite visible, so I wouldn't go over 1600 dpi.

Dfine noise removal from Nik Software works quite well on those files.
