I tried them a couple of years ago and was so disappointed with the quality and service that I haven't used them since. I've heard other people say that they were happy with them so maybe they've changed but IMO there's better options.
I've used Blurb.com for some cheap-ish press printed books and they do a fantastic job. Very nice quality and it keeps improving. Also, very fast and you can get it printed in Canada (although, strangely, it's cheaper to get it printed in the US and have it shipped up).
For nicer (and much more expensive) flush-mount albums I use Finao but you have to be a pro to use them.
