I would appreciate any help from forum members.
Taking a trip out to Colorado this summer and will be spending some time in the
Vail / Beaver Creek / Edwards area as well as the Colorado Springs area.
Looking for locations to photograph that are easily accessible, basically, need to be able to drive up and step out of the vehicle, setup and shoot.
Any recommendations for locations and resources, e.g. books, websites, tour guides, camera stores, local photographers to contact etc. would be of great help.
I am interested in landscapes, ghost towns, cave dwellings, etc.
One area I have found is Maroon Lake, I am hoping to find more like it.
Some of the tools I am using to research these areas include, Google Earth, and Panoramio, as well as forums like this one.
Any suggestions and advice are most welcome and would be greatly appreciated.
