FS/FT: Sinarback 54H Contax adapter

My Sinarback 54H came with a Contax adapter (part no. 551.65.233) and a sensor cover (part no. 551.53.305). I would like to trade this for one of the following adapters, complete with cover:

Mamiya RB or RZ
Hasselblad V to Mamiya RB or RZ.

I am also looking for:

1. Spare RJ-11 cables
2. Sensor cover for Hasselblad V

The Contax adapter and cover is also available for sale at 27,000 JPY including worldwide EMS shipping.
I will also consider a Phase One or Leaf metal sensor cover for Hasselblad V mount.

Can you come up with a picture of what you need? We have quite a bit of old Sinar parts in our warehouse. I'll look if I can narrow down my search a bit.
