When I was in the market for a cutter last year, the guy from Tiffen indicated that production had moved to China but it was still a very good cutter.

In the end, I got a Rotatrim M24

Rorotrims will out last you and your children and your grandchildren.

Dahls will just out last you and your children.

My grandchildren can fend for themselves.

We bought the large Dahls, saved a ton of money, and have been very happy with them in a production environment.  So my grandkids might get them after all anyway.

I've used a 30" Rotatrim for over 30 years and it can still slice a hair's width strip of paper.
