Looking for clue on release of Arca-Swiss D4

I am interested in purchasing an Arca Swiss D4 head. I have not found any available as of yet. Looking for a US source.

US Rep recently changed.  It's now Rod Klukas:  http://rodklukas.com/wp/contact/   (Notice box toward upper right stating he's the rep).  I spoke with him a fe w months back, and found him quite friendly and knowledgeable.

Arca-Swiss authorized repair facility, PrecisionCameraWorks, lists 2011 prices:  precisioncameraworks.com/Media/Price_List_2011.pdf  (scroll, or search for "d4" to find the various set-ups sold)
