CreoScitex eversmart supreme problem with oxygen 2.6.4

Hello all,

I have a driver problem (apparently) with the above scanner. It uses the RATOC fw, so that's not supposed to be the problem.
Does anyone has an oxygen version that works under windows 7, or xp? I have only 2.6.3 and 2.6.4 for osx. maybe usng different os will solve the problem
