Portfolio grade
«

Excuse my ignorance! In Michael's note about taking images on the Fuji X100 (29th March), he writes that ' a two hour walk yielded four portfolio-grade images'. What makes an image 'portfolio-grade'?
Thanks in advance,

If an image is good enough to go into your portfolio of images. I.e. your best images that are done artistically and technically in a way that displays your individual style.
It's different for every photographer.
