Technically, this snap is a true Horror and only interesting as an example of what not to do.  I'm posting it only because it made me smile.  Alternate captions:  The Serenade, The Flasher and the Dowager, A Drunk in Danger.  Please suggest your own caption.

I'm shocked, SHOCKED, to see such behavior on a public wharf where there might be families with children!
