Couldnt find the post where someone was saying Ibuprofen was an important part of their kit........

Just got in from a full day shoot - and.....ouch ....+1 on the ibuprofen !!  ;D

winter with out the gym = fail !

It is, I always carry several. Working with a severe headache (or other pains) is horrible.
