One order of clay to go please...

Watching the parrots come in to feed at their clay licks is always an awesome experience. During my Ecuador workshop we saw hundreds of these colourful birds squawking and chasing each other around...each jockeying for position to eat the precious clay. Some of the smart ones just break some clay off and take it to a more peaceful place to dine

Nice. These aren't easy captures.
Parrots in the wild use the clay, which has a charcoal content, to filter toxins from their bodies picked up through agriculturally contaminated food.. such as insecticides, fertilizers, and petroleum pollution.

It looks like my pet parrot. Except mine has more green than color. Still, you did an amazing job with this photograph. I love your photography skills.
