That's not the way they work....

Dealers have golden tickets which they can apply to a specific order. All golden tickets have a unique serial number.

What you need to find is an authorized Epson dealer that has a golden ticket and then make a purchase from them.

You didn't really think that Epson would hand out $500 willy nilly to anyone that asks did you?

I was told , also read on Epson site, that they where handed out at Photoplus and other trade shows.

Yes I am...lets make that perfectly clear right away...

I am in Canada, so if you're looking to buy a printer in the USA, I cannot help you...sorry.

You should also be aware that the golden tickets are only applicable to the new printers. 4900, 78990 and 9890 as far as I know.

My Epson rep was very clear about the fact that we are not to just give away golden tickets, but rather to apply (the very limited quantity we got) to confirmed orders only.
