Judging by the filename (link doesn't work) it's Thierry Legault's shot of the partial eclipse with ISS in the same frame. He used Canon 5D MkII. Here the source.

He shot to fame a while ago by shooting Endeavour and ISS in front of the sun. The logistics of pulling off a feat like this are incredible. According to the above link the space station passes the sun in 0.86 seconds.

Yes, that picture is literally out of this world. It's also amazing that his setup with 5D2 appears to resolve well under a meter at that distance. Maybe spy sats are quite simple to make OTS these days :)

The BBC here in the UK have been running live Stargazing nights on TV the last few evenings. Some of the pictures shown are quite breathtaking, not just from the fancy sat telescopes but the guy in his back garden as well.
We even had a presenter standing in a field and a meteor burning up behind him he did not even know about.
Anyone that gets a chance to tune into it tonight should do so.

This guy spent less than what an MFD system costs and is taking pictures on his backyard that are compared to Hubble's.

The image shows three planes in space: the Sun at 150 million km, the Moon at about 400000 km and the ISS at 500 km.

Let's pray the facts above don't trigger a depth of field discussion! :D
