PS CS5 on MBA13 w/Ext Monitor ?

I know this is a really Newbie Mac OSX question but any help appreciated.
I have a NEC PA271W hooked up to a new MBA13"w4GB running PS CS5.
I'm transitioning to Mac, with Win when I would open PS on the laptop, I would just drag the PS window to the external monitor.
Right now PS opens full screen on the MBA and can't figure out how to drag the whole thing over to the external, not just the open image window.
Any MacOSX help appreciated.

Go to Mac system preferences/displays/arrangement and drag the white menu bar from the one display icon to the other.

I don't have the external hooked up here at home, it's at work.
When I look as you pointed out, the middle "Arrangement" button doesn't show up.
I'll look at it tomorrow when I slip into the office on Sunday and hook up the NEC and see if that makes a difference.

You will only see it when there is more than one monitor.
