For anyone who's interested, Cambo have confirmed that they are working on a modified version of their CSM-100 Flexible Hood to fit the spigot mount at the front of the WRS-333 Levelling Head.  However, they pointed out that "there will be minimum length of the lens barrel to avoid vignetting".

No mention of when this modified lens shade will actually be ready.

EDIT:  Cambo also mentioned that their Wide RS Special Edition from Photokina 2010 featuring leather inlay and wooden handgrips will be available "shortly".  It looks beautiful and completely different from the original version:

As a temporary measure for 2yrs now, I have been using a folding "L" quick grip (made in Japan) which has a large leather strap that works nicely in your hand whilst gripping it.  ;)

Thanks John turns out my 35 XL needed calibration as it was coming up past infinity at the infinity mark so had to reset the infinity mark on the lens itself. Would love to see more manuals or PDF's on these sorts of procedures but this solved my calibration of the lens without getting into shimming the Cambo itself which can be done also if one needs too. Now all my lenses wide open at infinity are dead on the money. Major improvement
