Custom Profile for Epson Artisan 810
« on: December 16, 2010, 02:29:38 pm »

I've used an Eyeone photo to create a custom paper profile for an Artisan 810, and to no avail, it is probably the only printer I've not been able to profile with this device. I bought this little machine because the price was so good, and it is great for making 4X6, and 5X7 borderless prints. Made a few profiles using Epson Luster, and Ilford Galerie Pearl, and nothing matches using the custom profile printed through photoshop or Lightroom.
If anyone has a clue as to what I might be doing wrong, I'd love to know, because it is certainly easier for me to print these sizes on this machine rather than cutting them from my LFP.

Which model calibration tool do you have?
EyeOne Display2 is an XRite device for calibrating and profiling a monitor, not a printer.

FYI I have an i1 Pro which I've made 100s of custom paper profiles for over the years, and have never experienced this issue.
