I've been vexed and befudled for 3 days!
I have been happy with my color management system for about two years, and then this week, I've been in color management hell.
Not having anything close printing to what my monitor calibrates for.
My common work flow:
> Camera Raw
> LR 2.6
> Adjusted on HP 2475w monitor calibrated w/Eye1.v2 to Adobe RGB ICC selected profile
> Print to HP z3100 w/calibrated profile of Ilford Satin Pearl (Application managed printing by LR 2.6
Ambient light, according to the i1 Display says I am around 4500K and tells me the RGB colors are dead-on.
I see perfect photos on the screen but keep getting dark red over saturated photos.
I've recalibrated, re-guessed, changed lighting, then recalibrated the paper on the printer - over and over for three days. Still no luck. Just bad results with prints.
I can't tell if I have a monitor problem or an I1 problem, or what it is. No way to tell.
Has anyone else had this experience and advice for someone who has tried everything at least twice?
