It it possible to scan so small patches with the Datacolor 1005 spectro ?!

I've profiled a lot of dye sub printers with other profiling solutions. The key can be formatting the profiling targets to fit the page size requirements of the printer. If you've got a 4x6 inch printer you'll need to make a custom target across a bunch of 4x6 pages. Dye subs can have odd tonal behaviors so some profiling packages will perform far better than others. The i1Prism engine found in the Color Munki and upcoming i1Profiler software is notable for correcting such issues.
