In the PDN 2010 December issue on page 86, there is an article on ESPN's Monday Night Lights. They are capturing still photos where they create this cool retro effect in post. It's akin to what I used to get with Fujicolor 800 and a Lomo camera.

Besides the obvious vignetting, grain, softening, any one have specific ideas on how they got that look? Chip Dean and Joel McKee of ESPN were the ones behind it.
I've seen some of the "lomo" plug-ins but they don't quite get it.
