FS: Canon 100mm, Sidekick, Gitzo 2540 and more

I have shifted a lot of gear in the last week and this is a partial list of what I am offering for sale. I'll get to the rest after I take some more images of the various things. Prices are NET to me, PayPal + 3% or "gift" option, I will pay the shipping to continental US.

#1) Wimberley Sidekick. It has been used only about a half dozen times with my 70-200mm and 400mm.  I think it excellent for the 200-300 range, and some people like it for the 400-500mm lenses, however I am not one of them.  On the other hand, if you are hiking in.... it is great, small and very functional.  $210

#2) Gitzo 2540, no head.  Just a few minor scuffs.

#3) Sennheiser ME66/K6 shotgun microphone.  Great for video of wildlife with sound.  Comes with shock mount (extra rubber mounts), foam windsock, xlr cable, Rycote softie ($100 new).  This has been used only a dozen times and greatly cared for in between. $450

#5) Canon EF 100mm Macro Auto Focus f/2.8 USM
This lens has only been used on my 5D MkII to "digitize" slides/negs on a light box. It is in like new condition.  $425

#6) Canon ET-67 hood (fits 100mm macro).  Brand new in box. $25

#7) Canon EC-II Eye cup.  Brand new, in plastic/paper wrapping.  I thought I lost mine at one point and bought another.  $12.
