I want to run Lightroom 3 and Capture 1--I have an Apple dual 2.5 Ghz G5 with 8 gigs of ram that works perfectly, but I need to update-it won't run any of the new software for the new Epson printers,or Capture 1 and Lightroom/CS5---I understand that Lightroom/CS5 runs best on no more than 6 cores, but Capture 1 can use up to 12 cores . I also need to keep the new machine as long as I can--Lightroom/CS5 will probably work on the 12 core Mac machines in future updates. Any advice would be appreciated--Charley
