hp utility problem
« on: November 25, 2010, 09:06:34 am »

I have a Z2100 that I used on my old XP computer. Just switched to new computer with windows 7. Downloaded HP Utility, but it won't recognize the printer. It shows in my printer device file that there is a Z2100? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Wes,

don't worry about that. Alternatively put in the IP address of the Z2100, provided it is already known to your OS (is it?), then HP Utility finds the printer right away.
