Canon's making the 20Da (infrared/astronomical version) available worldwide instead of Japan-only. The site is being updated to reflect this...

Has anyone else noticed that Canon no longer lists the 20D on it's EOS System webpage?  Just wondering if this portends a new model.  Any conjecture?

Transient glitches are common at Canon's website (and many others), so things like this should be ignored.

Rest assured that when a popular Canon model like the 20D is discontinued, the first you will hear of it from Canon will be through vigorous promotion of the even better model that is replacing it, not a silent slinking off the web site.
