Can you do that with the iPad ?

I've just got the MacBook Air 11.6" , that's a really sweet little thing.

My electronic portfolio is on it, and I will add some extra content like making-of and such; it's not even too bad with Photoshop CS4, but by no means a proper workstation .

No Firewire, but at least two USB ports, so you can tether it to a Canon and still have room for a portable harddrive, without using a hub.

May I ask what other software you are running on it and what yo use for browsing RAW files before processing them?

I haven't used the MBA for tethered shooting, or processing, yet.
If I would - only in an emergency - it'd be my usual Leaf Capture or Canon's Raw software; due to low volume (mainly still life), I'm not using Lightroom, Aperture or such .

Photoshop CS4/5 is running fairly well, but I really got the MBA for travel and presentations .
