Is that a moth near the top right? Not sure if it fits in. Otherwise a very likeable image and it compares favourably with your other one. I am afraid my macros don't match up to this one and your other one. :(

Another interpretation of "Escape From Hell" ...
It's beautifully executed, as usual, but for me it lacks any of the mystery or interest of your previous shot.

It is a moth, yes, though I am still struggling with an exact ID.

Thank you for your compliment, Jeremy, and for your critique.

I agree the element of mystery is removed with the further revelation of the flower ... however, what I was hoping to show was the radiance of the "sun" ... but I guess the effect didn't come off as well as I'd hoped.
