My Mac Is not listing LR3 in Force Quit Applications

My Mac Is not listing LR3 in Force Quit Applications.

The names of the other applications I have running are listed in the Force Quit Applications window, but Adobe Lightroom3 is not in that list.

I have quit Lightroom and re launched it to no avail.

I am feeling a tad spooked by this problem. What might be causing this issue, and how might I solve the problem?

It's the secret installation of Adobe PixProtector(tm) that does it.

It's rather odd, certainly, but why do you regard it as a problem that requires a solution?

Use Activity Monitor to see if Lightroom is listed in your applications.
